VLADIMIR JEAN-GILLES, Film Critic
SERVICES: Talent management
Vladimir Jean-Gilles is a talent management client of SHIFTER Agency and the leading film critic in the city of Ottawa. SHIFTER helped Vlad secure a spot as a regular film commentator on CTV Morning Live and eventually CBC Radio. He eventually fulfilled his dream when he became the permanent weekly film critic at CBC Radio. He is now a Rotten Tomatoes certified film critic and a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA), and is quickly becoming a staple at Hollywood film premieres.
HEVVE, Hip-hop artist
SERVICES: Artist management
Hevve is one of the top hip-hop artists coming out of Ottawa. After his appearance on the main stage at RBC Bluesfest, SHIFTER Agency began managing his career. In the first three weeks that we worked with him he had five interviews, including his first commercial radio interview (CBC Radio) and his first commercial TV interview (Radio-Canada). Immediately upon signing his contract he noticed an increase in his social media engagement. He's also opened for international hip-hop artist Narcy, has performed at Taste of the 6ix in Toronto, and has had his first song plays on commercial radio in Ottawa and Toronto.
DENISE SIELE, Political candidate
SERVICES: Campaign (NationBuilder) website design, photo and video services, graphic design
SHIFTER Agency designed a NationBuilder website for federal nomination candidate Denise Siele and formed part of her campaign team. We also provided photo and graphic design services, including social media images and standing banners, and developed key messaging videos throughout the campaign.
JIM BEAULNE, Entrepreneur/Financial Coach/Speaker
SERVICES: Facebook ad campaign, personal branding
SHIFTER Agency developed a Facebook ad campaign for entrepreneur, financial coach and speaker, Jim Beaulne, to help him recruit members for his team. With an $800 ad spend we generated 104,970 impressions and reached 36,666 people. We also assisted Jim in developing his personal brand and set up and managed his Facebook page and designed his website. In a separate campaign we grew his Facebook page to 9.8K likes in three weeks.
