SHIFTER Agency and CBC Ottawa have come together to present a new four-part digital docuseries called "OT Rising". The series, set to be premiered on September 9, 2020 on both the SHIFTER and CBC Ottawa digital platforms with coverage from CBC Music and on CBC's national "Being Black in Canada" platform, documents the stories of four Ottawa-based hip-hop artists - City Fidelia, Asuquomo, Hueso and Lia Kloud.
