DAVID LEE // Fitness trainer, nutrition consultant

David Lee: Hon. Bsc., Bed., B.R.E., N.H.C., is a certified fitness trainer. He is also a certified Naturotherapist, certified in Shiatzu, Iridology, Bio-nutrition and Western/Chinese Herbalism. He has been a part-time/full-time physical trainer since 1991 and been involved in the fitness field for about twenty years. David has also competed in regional powerlifting, bodybuilding and practiced some martial arts in Ottawa. He taught aerobic classes, developed own martial art aerobics called Tai-Body Aerobics, Stretch classes, Floor Exercise Routines that focus on glutes, abdominals, lower back, over-all toning and strengthening. He has conducted various health seminars on life coaching to maintain a healthy lifestyle, holistic nutrition and fitness. He is the founder of the Vital Health System of nutrition and fitness programs. David hired SHIFTER to develop a digital marketing strategy to help him promote his Vital Health System, including personal training, books and DVDs.
