Toronto-native Kevin Bourne, is an Ottawa-based media/entertainment entrepreneur, freelance journalist, and media personality. He is also the editor-in-chief our namesake SHIFTER magazine and is currently co-host of The Morning Shift, Ottawa's daily hip-hop morning radio show.
​
As the co-founder and CEO of PR and content marketing firm SHIFTER Agency Inc., KB has worked with leading talent, brands and organizations, including City Fidelia, Ottawa Senators DJ, DJ Prosper, and New Balance Ottawa.
​
He is currently a board member at the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition and was recently named to Ottawa Life Magazine's Best of Ottawa: Activists & Changemakers list and the TEDx Kanata Leadership Committee.
Koliah Bourne is a partner and head of finance and sponsorships at SHIFTER. Prior to SHIFTER, she provided finance and administrative services in the television, live theatre and concert promotions industries and most recently worked as Assistant to the VP of Finance and Operations at the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA). She then set her sights on the music industry studying Artist Management at Michael Smith & Associates and in 2018 became a member of the board of directors at the Odyssey Theatre.
Koliah is currently working towards her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at the University of Ottawa. Born and raised in Toronto, Koliah Bourne now resides in Ottawa with her husband and business partner, Kevin, and their three children.
